MAY 09 Recruit to help Troop 116 reach 15-20 boy size.
Existing scouts are from Tellico, Sweetwater, Madisonville, Coker Creek
JUN 09 Initial meeting to launch Venture Crew 116
  • 35-40 kids in youth groups at 2 local churches
  • should allow crew of 10-15 boys/girls
  • provides additional outlet for older boys of T-115/116
AUG 09 help launch Pack 116 at Coker Creek Elementary
begin providing Den Chiefs from Troop 116
being providing joint Webelos-troop outing opportunities
2010 consider helping Tellico Plains launch troop

2012 Troop 116 size projected to be 40-50 boys
Adoption Ranch projected to have 60 kids.
